1. Cashback Refunds
SSA Deals works as an intermediary platform, tracking purchases made via our affiliate links to offer cashback on eligible transactions. Please note:

Cashback is not instantly credited. It is marked as “Pending” until the purchase is confirmed by the retailer (usually between 30 to 90 days).

Cashback will be cancelled or declined if:

The order is cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

The transaction is not tracked properly due to ad blockers, cookie issues, or multiple tabs.

Fraudulent or invalid activities are detected.

Refunds for declined cashback cannot be processed, as the cashback amount is funded by third-party merchants, not SSA Deals directly.
2. Wallet Withdrawals

Once cashback is confirmed and transferred to your SSA Wallet, it can be withdrawn to your bank/UPI.

No refund or reversal is possible once the amount has been successfully transferred to your personal account.

In case of a failed transaction during withdrawal, the amount will be recredited to your wallet after verification.
3. Subscriptions or Paid Services (if applicable)
If SSA Deals offers any premium services, plugins, or subscriptions, the following terms apply:

Refunds will be entertained only if:

A user reports a valid issue or dissatisfaction within 7 days of purchase, and

The service was not used or consumed in full.

After 7 days, no refund requests will be accepted unless required by law.

Refunds are not available for:

Partial usage
-
Misuse of services

Change of mind

4. Promo Code/Offer Issues
SSA Deals provides promo codes and deals from third-party retailers:

We are not responsible if a code is invalid, expired, or not working due to changes on the merchant's site.

No refunds are possible for failed transactions made using external offers unless the issue is directly related to SSA Deals’ platform or wallet.
5. Failed Purchases / Transaction Errors
If your transaction was interrupted, failed, or not tracked:

Ensure your browser allowed cookies and you followed the correct link flow.

SSA Deals will try to assist with tracking and dispute resolution but cannot guarantee a refund unless it is acknowledged by the retailer.

Please contact our support team within 48 hours of the failed transaction for resolution attempts.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund related to SSA Deals wallet, subscription, or services:

Our support team will review your case and respond within 3-5 business days.
7. Dispute Resolution

All disputes related to cashback, wallet balance, or service refunds will be subject to internal review.
